We renovate office space in wonderful old buildings that have been adapted for modern use. We are proud to "revive" old mills and factories so that modern generations can enjoy them.
The Water Street Mill complex located in Holliston, Massachusetts consists of five buildings constructed in 1895 with the main building built as a Maple Syrup factory. The long flat roofed building was added in 1906 the year Arthur Ashley Williams Shoe factory expanded (having purchased the buildings in 1902) its operations. Maps of the period (1908) show the "house" as the Holliston Savings Bank. The walk-in vault and two large safes in the basement add credence to this use, as well as the logic of locating across the street from three hundred pay checks. Tunnels connect all the main buildings even running under the street (hand carts were wheeled through the tunnels).
Our mills floor plans are flexible, able to accommodate everyone from the 800 square foot to 7,000 square foot user (click here to search available space). Located in Metro West, these mills fit the needs of businesses to be near where they and their clients live.
Our tenants are different too. In our mills, there seem to be a disproportionate number of entrepreneurial startups. We've noticed that our mills attract like-minded people; those who want more out of an office than four walls and a ceiling. For our tenants, their work space is an extension of who they are - hard working, and innovative.
